Recognizing the unique needs of the peoples and communities of the Western Slope of Colorado, as well as the great distance from the central office in Denver, Catholic Charities has established a strong regional service center in Glenwood Springs with a highly dedicated staff. Catholic Charities' Western Slope offices are located in the renovated former St. Stephen Catholic Church on Grand Avenue in the heart of Glenwood Springs.

Tom's Door
Tom's Door is a local charity started in September of 2001 with a mission to provide emergency assistance to those in need from Aspen to Rifle and who have the potential to improve their quality of life. Through donations and the sale of seasonal note cards, the program continues to grow, allowing ever-increasing support needs within the community to be met. We currently sell these beautiful cards in our Hearts and Hands Gift Shop.

Feed My Sheep
Feed My Sheep Ministry provides the basic necessities for the survival of the local homeless in the Roaring Fork Valley and surrounding counties.

We offer love, compassion, encouragement and hope for their futures. Our mission is to aid the homeless in reaching self sufficiency through case management and substance abuse programs.

Since 1982, LIFT-UP has been a grassroots organization born out of the meaningful and genuine mission to help others in our neighboring towns survive hardship:  lifting up those in need!
LIFT-UP's name is an acronym derived from the words "Life-Inter-Faith-Team-On-Unemployment-Poverty." Learn more about our history.
We are a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing humanitarian essentials while creating a bridge to personal empowerment and self-reliance.
LIFT-UP is a state agency of the USDA, supplying commodities and senior commodities to those who apply and qualify.
